Experteer Overview
In this role you will maintain and enhance CHEP’s globally deployed MV/ML inspection apps that support operational processes. You will troubleshoot, validate software, and implement modifications to ensure stability, security, and performance. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve regional operations and enable scalable, secure automation across CHEP’s centers. This is a hands-on position with a clear impact on efficiency, quality, and sustainability through reliable vision-based inspection systems.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Provide continuous maintenance and troubleshooting support for automated vision inspection systems
• Support system quality performance and capability improvement programs
• Monitor and support system performance, consistency, and predictability
• Support MV/ML system integration for new development projects
• Coordinate with wider teams to improve regional operations performance
• Deploy and sustain best practices and lessons learned across teams
• Execute testing, validation, simulation, and troubleshooting for existing applications
• Implement testing/simulation procedures for cybersecurity patches and BAU updates
• Develop and modify software to comply with CHEP IT Security standards
• Design, develop, and support automation tools to enhance testing efficiency




• Create and maintain tools/procedures for automated deployment of MV/ML apps and patches
• Produce formal documentation including test procedures and deployment processes
• Analyze data from service centers to support testing and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with Plant Infrastructure, IT Security, and other teams on patching and updates
• Partner with Global Sort u0026 Inspection Development, ML, and Plant of the Future teams for testing and KPI measurement

Responsabilidades
• Experience in software testing in production or operational support
• Manual and automation testing experience
• C++ programming knowledge
• Python programming knowledge
• Automation scripting and Visual Studio experience
• Experience troubleshooting software applications and system issues
• Ability to develop or modify software using relevant languages/tools
• Understanding of cybersecurity patching and software maintenance
• Experience producing technical documentation and test artefacts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to work autonomously with multiple priorities
