Senior Operations Specialist, Digital Products & Platforms AS1 operates at the intersection of football, technology and integral business . As we continue to scale our digital platforms, we are looking for a Senior Operations Specialist, Digital Products & Platforms to shape how our digital products and platforms operate.

We are looking for an experienced operations professional with a strong background in IT Service Management, platform operations and technology support . Do you have 5+ years of experience in IT/IS, with a strong understanding of ITSM? Do you have experience operating modern digital platforms and managing L1, L2 and L3 support?

Can you demonstrate a solid understanding of SDLC, APIs, data analytics and cloud platforms ? Do you excel at connecting Product, Engineering and business teams? Are you fluent in English and Spanish , both written and spoken?

Establish and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across digital products and platforms.

- Oversee platform availability, performance, reliability and operational health .
- Drive incident management, resolution and root-cause analysis .
- Track operational, adoption and performance KPIs to continuously improve platform health and user experience.
- Partner closely with Product,



Engineering and business stakeholders to ensure scalable and efficient operations. Strong experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) and digital platform operations.
- Solid understanding of SDLC, APIs, data analytics and cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
- Proven vendor and external partner management experience.
- Strong understanding of incident management, root-cause analysis and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to bridge the gap between Product, Engineering and business teams .
- Fluency in English and Spanish , written and spoken. 5+ years of professional experience in IT/IS, with a strong focus on ITSM and technology operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- International experience and working with global or distributed teams is highly valued. Fluent in English and Spanish.
