Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead critical finance processes to deliver timely, accurate financial reporting for a fast-growing SaaS company. You will work with AI-enabled tools and a modern tech stack to streamline the month- and year-end close and build scalable accounting processes. Collaborating with cross-functional partners, you will translate financial data into actionable insights that support growth and governance. This is a hands-on position at the heart of our finance function, offering impact across reporting, compliance, and process improvement.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Execute monthly and annual close with journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations to uphold US GAAP
• Oversee integrations between financial tools (Stripe, Brex, Deel) and the general ledger ensuring accurate data flow
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations (AP, corporate cards, expense reimbursements) and refine accounting policies
• Partner with FPu0026A for variance analyses and reporting to inform budget vs.

• Support external audits and tax filings by preparing schedules and organizing documentation
• Assist with tax and regulatory compliance across local, state, and international authorities
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment on projects and controls affecting financial statements

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
• 3-5+ years accounting experience, SaaS or high-growth environment preferred
• Experience with ERP/accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite) and adaptability to new systems
• Public accounting (Big 4 or similar) experience a plus
• Proficient in Google Suite; fluent in English
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proactive team player with willingness to build scalable processes
