? What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Senior Python Developer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, optimization, and support of critical backend systems. The adecuado candidate will have extensive experience building enterprise-grade applications in Python, strong expertise in relational databases, and a proven track record of troubleshooting complex distributed environments.

? Location: 100% Remote (Spain-based candidates only)

?️ Language: Advanced English (C1) required

? Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, maintain, and optimize backend applications using Python.
- Develop and manage database solutions using SQL Server, Oracle, and PostgreSQL.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or equivalent tools.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in complex distributed systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and architecture decisions.
- Ensure software reliability, performance, security, and maintainability.
- Support deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.

?️ Key Requirements

Mandatory Skills

- 7+ years of professional experience with Python.
- Strong experience with relational databases:



SQL Server / Oracle / PostgreSQL
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools: GitHub Actions / Jenkins / Or equivalent platforms
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills in distributed systems.
- Advanced English level (C1).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

Nice to Have

- Java and Spring Boot (microservices development).
- Financial services domain knowledge: Trading / Market Risk / FRTB / IMA
- Integration middleware experience: TIBCO / MQ / Kafka
- Cloud platforms: AWS / Azure / GCP
- Docker and Kubernetes.
- Scheduling tools (Control-M, Autosys).
- Scripting and automation: PowerShell / Bash
