Our client is a leading global fragrance house with a growing international presence. We are looking for a Customer Service and Import-Export Specialist to join our Customer Service team. Your primary focus will be managing and coordinating commercial administration tasks to support our sales team, with a specific emphasis on customers in the Middle East market.
This is a permanent, full-time, fully onsite position based at our Murcia HQ.
Resolving complaints and requests related to customer orders and their delivery
Creating and monitoring project sheets and briefing sheets
Preparing and maintaining customer files, including documentation relating to legal compliance
Fluent Spanish speaker, native or near-native level
Fluent Arabic speaker, essential for this role due to the Middle East customer focus
Professional level English strongly preferred
Background in customer service, import/export, logistics, or commercial administration
Permanent full-time employment contract
Monday to Thursday 8am to 5pm with a one-hour lunch break, Friday 8am to 2:30pm with a 15-minute break
Adaptable working hours with a one-hour window for daily arrival and departure
