We are seeking a Senior/Staff Computer Vision Engineer to join our team.
As a Senior/Staff Computer Vision Engineer, you will take on the following responsibilities and challenges:
- Machine Learning: Design and develop reliable, scalable, and efficient machine learning models for object detection, segmentation, and classification tasks — and own them end to end, from research to production.
- Robust ML: Drive research into SOTA solutions such as World Models, Generative Models, or other approaches to enhance robustness to OOD data, and set the technical direction in this area.
- Algorithms: Research, implement, and optimize computer vision and numerical algorithms to build new system components or enhance existing ones.
- Software Development: Architect and build a broad range of computer vision software systems, from production-ready microservices to rapid prototypes that integrate multiple components, setting the engineering standard for the team.
- Data Analysis: Apply statistical methods and use visualization tools to develop dashboards that monitor and evaluate both component performance and production systems.
- Innovative Development (“Vibe Coding”): Leverage creative, interdisciplinary approaches to develop innovative solutions that remain robust, maintainable, and aligned with software engineering best practices.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor engineers, review research solutions and code, and influence the technical roadmap of our products.

A typical candidate would
- have 5+ years of experience in industry in Classical Computer Vision and Machine Learning, with a track record of shipping CV systems to production
- have experience in industrial research and translating research results into products
- have significant experience building and architecting software systems
- have experience with vibe coding
- have experience leading projects and mentoring other engineers
- draw data-driven conclusions using statistical inference
- have strong programming experience in Python and Java
- be self-driven and able to independently carry complex, ambiguous projects to completion
- be pragmatic and goal-oriented
