Are you an experienced IT Systems Engineer who loves solving complex problems, automating processes, and building secure technology environments?

We’re looking for a Senior IT systems Engineer to take ownership of the technology ecosystem that enables our employees to do their best work.

This is a highly hands-on role where you’ll work across macOS, JAMF, Microsoft Entra ID, IAM, endpoint management, SaaS, automation, and security — while having real ownership over how our workplace technology evolves.

Key Responsibilities

Own and continuously improve our workplace technology ecosystem

Manage and optimise JAMF and macOS environments

Own Microsoft Entra ID and IAM capabilities

Build and maintain SSO, SCIM, identity lifecycle and access governance

Manage endpoint provisioning, compliance, patching, security and lifecycle

Drive Zero Trust, least-privilege and secure authentication practices





Build automation and scripting solutions that allow IT to scale

Manage our wider SaaS and collaboration ecosystem

Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive root-cause resolution

Improve IT processes, workflows, documentation and operational efficiency

Lead projects from discovery → implementation → ongoing optimisation

Partner with teams across the business and provide an exceptional employee experience

Experience

Previous experience in IT Engineering, xugodme Systems Engineering, Workplace Technology or similar

Strong hands-on JAMF + macOS experience

Deep experience with Microsoft Entra ID / IAM

Strong knowledge of SSO, SCIM and identity lifecycle management

Experience implementing Zero Trust and least-privilege security

Advanced scripting and automation capabilities

Enterprise endpoint/MDM experience

Strong SaaS administration experience

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Fluent Spanish and English
