Experteer Overview
In this role you lead and deliver Moody's entity data solutions and AI-enabled technologies for European clients. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate client needs into scalable configurations and integrations, driving adoption and value realization. You will guide requirements gathering, training, and best-practice deployments while expanding Moody's data and API-driven offerings. The work supports responsible technology use and data-driven decision making at scale.

• Lead and manage implementation projects for Moody's data solutions, APIs, connectors, and AI-powered tools
• Consult on and implement Moody's entity data solutions across European client engagements
• Gather requirements and perform business analysis with internal and external stakeholders
• Provide product feedback and escalate enhancement opportunities through established channels
• Configure and customize workflow components and CRM connectors to support deployments
• Deliver best practices and guidance for stable deployments and adoption
• Provide user and technical training remotely and on-site
• Use project tracking tools to manage activities and deliverables
• Collaborate with client technical teams and Moody's SMEs to resolve issues




• Contribute to continuous improvement through documentation and knowledge-sharing
• Travel occasionally to client locations to support delivery

Responsabilidades
• 3+ years of SaaS implementation experience, ideally in financial institutions or financial software focused on BI and data analysis
• Strong experience delivering client-facing software implementation projects (requirements gathering, solution configuration, stakeholder management, training)
• Experience with RESTful APIs and data integration technologies; SOAP APIs preferred
• Knowledge of CRM and ERP platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or SAP
• Basic understanding of coding principles including JSON, HTML, API integrations, and data analytics tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Fluency in Spanish; Italian proficiency preferred
• Experience with AI concepts and hands-on AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency; ability to implement AI-powered solutions and a growing awareness of AI risk management
• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Banking, Computer Technology, Information Systems, or related field (preferred)
