As a Senior Urban Designer at Arup, you will shape long-term urban development through masterplanning and design solutions, working within the City Planning u0026amp; Design team to balance social, economic, and environmental dimensions. You will engage in cutting-edge urban planning projects and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver sustainable proposals with real community impact. The role combines technical planning, client communication, and ongoing professional development in a collaborative, global studio.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Participate in urban planning projects, including conceptualization of development proposals, drafting planning instruments, and urban feasibility analysis
- Coordinate and integrate multidisciplinary teams (architects, engineers, urban planners, environmentalists, sociologists, economists, lawyers)
- Contribute to project communication with clients
- Support ongoing training to deepen understanding of urban complexity
- Assist in processing urbanization projects and planning instruments
- Engage in multidisciplinary project delivery and stakeholder engagement
Responsabilidades
- 5+ years of experience in urban planning-related functions
- Previous experience in Spanish urban planning, planning processing (tramificación urbanística), and land development
- Knowledge of CAD and ArcGIS
- xugodme Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
- Full professional competence in Spanish and high level of English (C1)
- Interest in sustainability and innovation, and ability to work on multidisciplinary projects
- Strong organizational and communication skills
