Experteer Overview
In this role you will drive AI-ready data products within a cross-functional AI pod, shaping governance, quality, and retrieval foundations to enable scalable AI workflows. You will build reusable data assets and pipelines that serve enterprise AI use cases, collaborating with data owners, stakeholders, and platform teams. The role blends data engineering with AI-focused practices like embeddings, vector search, and content classification. You will contribute to an enterprise AI foundation by delivering trusted, governable data assets.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Build and maintain AI-ready data products and pipelines with governance, lineage, and metadata from day one
• Design assets for reuse as enterprise capabilities rather than point solutions
• Establish data quality standards, quality scoring, and model-readiness criteria
• Partner with data owners, stewards, and IT to define trusted sources and domain models
• Design retrieval foundations for AI apps, including vector search and semantic enrichment
• Apply AI-assisted techniques like metadata generation, entity resolution, and content classification
• Develop scalable ingestion,



integration, and storage across cloud and on-prem environments
• Create reusable data assets and tooling for AI engineers, data scientists, and analytics teams
• Contribute data products and patterns back to the enterprise ecosystem
• Ensure AI solutions are grounded in validated business meaning, not convenience-based access

Responsabilidades
• Strong data engineering experience building AI-ready data products
• Hands-on familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, vector databases, and graph stores
• Experience with RAG foundations, including chunking, embeddings, and hybrid retrieval
• Ability to partner with domain data owners and stakeholders to define meanings and models
• Excellent communication and ability to influence both technical and non-technical audiences
• Curiosity about AI and a growth mindset, with responsible implementation
• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience
• Typically 8+ years of relevant experience for this level
