Experteer Overview
In this role you will identify where AI can improve Sales u0026amp; Marketing Operations and lead the build, deployment and ongoing support of automations. You work closely with Revenue Operations and the field to unlock value through practical automation. You act as both practitioner and evangelist, ensuring the solutions you create are adopted and sustained in production. You’ll shape a reusable foundation for automation, define guardrails, and drive AI literacy across teams. This is a hands-on, impact-focused opportunity to transform revenue workflows with enterprise-grade AI.

• Build, deploy and support production-ready automations and agents
• Own adoption by closely engaging with users and refining deliverables
• Design and maintain a shared automation foundation (backbone, patterns, repository)
• Define guardrails for agent decisions and human interventions with evidence
• Act as AI evangelist to raise literacy and uptake across Revenue Operations and field
• Automate revenue processes (requirements drafting, data routing,



deal desk triage, knowledge assembly, productivity)
• Develop enablement content, AI-supported planning/targeting, and automated reporting with BI teams
• Operate within enterprise constraints (approved tooling, data security, privacy, legal)
• Measure value via baselines (hours returned, adoption, success metrics)

Responsabilidades
• Applied building of automations used daily (not prototypes)
• LLM u0026 Agent design in production contexts
• Python or similar scripting with API and data handling
• Experience with enterprise systems a plus
• Ability to discover valuable use cases and deprioritize non-viable ones
• Ability to explain automation success and guardrails
• Adoption and enablement experience post go-live
• Cross-functional collaboration across multiple teams without formal mandate
• Enterprise pragmatism with security-reviewed tooling
• Preferred: knowledge of Salesforce, CPQ or Marketo; knowledge of knowledge-base design and workflow automation platforms
