- Work closely with developers to troubleshoot issues and improve platform reliability

- Participate in incident response and learn from production events

- We have two System Administrator openings running at the same time, at different levels:

- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in systems administration, DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering

- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code and automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, Helm, etc.)

- You communicate clearly and ask questions when needed

- Experience working with at least one major Cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

- Basic understanding of networking concepts (DNS, TCP/IP, HTTP, Load Balancers, Firewalls)

- Experience working with high-traffic, large-scale production environments

- Experience with GitOps tools such as ArgoCD or Flux

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or GitLab CI

- Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB, or OpenSearch

- Familiarity with Cloudflare, CDNs, reverse proxies, or edge networking

- Exposure to security best practices and incident response
