Experteer Overview
In this role you lead a 8–12 member Data Insights team within Global Revenue Operations, shaping AI-enhanced product and partner insights to turn data into scalable sales and marketing actions. You define the product strategy and roadmap for insights delivered through portals, APIs, CRM and analytics, enabling responsible AI use across partner, customer, and market data. You will drive measurable business impact by embedding insights into sales workflows and improving productivity and renewal cycles. This is a chance to lead cross‑functional teams and influence how data products empower comerciales at scale.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead the Data Insights team and define the product strategy, roadmap and value proposition for partner-facing and internal sales insights
• Create descriptive, predictive and prescriptive insights to prioritize customers and identify opportunities
• Drive outcomes such as higher sales productivity, faster renewal/upgrade/attach cycles, and stronger marketing response
• Define delivery and activation of insights through partner portals, internal analytics,



APIs, EDI, CRM and marketing automation
• Enable responsible AI and ML use of data for predictions and recommendations
• Lead and develop product owners shaping business requirements and guiding execution from concept to adoption
• Coordinate requirements, data quality, testing, approvals and releases with stakeholders
• Promote a centralized data approach to reduce duplicates and improve governance and usability

Responsabilidades
• 10+ years in data products, partner or sales insights, analytics, technology or sales enablement
• Proven experience leading product teams and delivering data-driven capabilities
• Strong understanding of CRM, account-based marketing, sales cycles, sales management and channel business models
