Deliver first and second-line IT support for end users
Troubleshoot hardware, software, mobile devices and network issues
Configure and deploy laptops, mobile devices and IT equipment
Support local and integral IT projects, testing and rollouts
Provide training and guidance to employees on new technologies
Act as the local IT point of contact, ensuring a high-quality user experience
2+ years' experience in an IT Support role
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11,



Teams and Active Directory
Experience with Azure, Intune, SCCM, Exchange and Autopilot
Familiarity with ITIL principles and service management tools
Fluent English, written and spoken
