Experteer Overview
In this role you will develop complex medical education content and manage end-to-end publication processes to support Sanofi’s Medical, HEVA, and Commercial functions. You will build therapeutic-area expertise, coach junior writers, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality materials on schedule. You’ll shape the publication plan, work with regional teams and vendors, and continuously improve content and training delivery. This is a growth role in a global, cross-functional setting with a strong impact on scientific communications.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Create and manage publication/medical education content end-to-end (slides, abstracts, posters, manuscripts)
• Coordinate documentation and approvals in PromoMats/iEnvision (Datavision/MATRIX)
• Develop and maintain therapeutic area expertise
• Coach and review work of junior scientific writers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish best practices




• Maintain relationships with medical/scientific stakeholders and end users
• Deliver materials on agreed timelines with quality targets
• Implement publication plans and regional activities
• Engage with vendors to produce required deliverables
• Enhance training effectiveness through advanced tools and course design
• Perform publication-need analyses to support medical communications
• Work with regional scientific teams to tailor deliverables to needs

Responsabilidades
• 4+ years in content creation for pharmaceutical/healthcare or academia
• Stakeholder management; strong communication; ability to work independently and in a team
