Experteer Overview
In this senior role, you act as a finance business partner for Scopely’s LIVE Games Portfolio, owning end-to-end financial modeling, forecasting, and performance reporting. You will partner with GMs and cross-functional teams (UA, Data/BI, Accounting, central Finance) to drive portfolio decisions and deliver insights to senior leadership. You’ll lead automation projects and KPI dashboards to support scalable, data-driven performance. This position combines strategic influence with hands-on financial rigor in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Own end-to-end financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting for LIVE titles
• Partner with game GMs and cross-functional teams to inform business decisions
• Drive KPI reporting, variance analysis, and close support for portfolio accounts
• Identify opportunities, initiate and lead cross-functional improvement projects (forecast redesigns, dashboards, reporting infrastructure)
• Translate complex data into clear recommendations for senior leadership
• Manage relationships with senior stakeholders across functions with minimal supervision
• Collaborate across time zones (Barcelona hub with US/EMEA teams)

• Support the automation of reporting and the development of self-serve tools for forecasting and KPI tracking

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in FPu0026A, investment banking, consulting, or similar analytical roles
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets; ability to build/maintain complex revenue, UA, and cost models
• Experience with gaming, mobile apps, subscription, or consumer tech business models a plus
• Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and influence decisions
• Track record of scoping and leading cross-functional projects to completion
• Strong understanding of live-service gaming KPIs (DAU/MAU, ARPDAU, LTV, ROAS, retention)
• Familiarity with BI/data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and planning systems (Workday Adaptive Planning); SQL is a plus
• Excellent English communication skills; ability to present to leadership
• Based in or willing to relocate to Barcelona, with global collaboration in mind
• Passion for games, consumer products, or tech businesses
