Experteer Overview
In this Studio Team role in Madrid, you will design and manage influencer campaigns for multiple brands, from initial onboarding to long-term ambassador programs. You will bridge creative storytelling with data-driven performance, turning partnerships into measurable growth across CTR, conversions, and ROI. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and Product to align campaigns with client objectives and explore upsell opportunities. Expect a hands-on, cross-functional role with opportunities to shape influencer programs at scale.

• End-to-End Campaign Management: plan, execute, optimize, and report on full-funnel influencer campaigns from brief to final reporting
• Performance u0026 Traffic Optimization: monitor and optimize daily campaign metrics using internal tools and dashboards
• Creator Relations u0026 Recruitment: identify, negotiate with, and recruit creators; manage product seeding and long-term brand ambassador programs

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's Degree/Graduate preferred
• 2 years experience in influencer marketing, performance marketing, or related digital marketing
• Ability to create multi-channel campaigns
• Knowledge of influencers across verticals and influencer rates is a plus
• Knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat)
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to meet tight deadlines
• Problem-solving skills
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets and Slides or Excel u0026 PowerPoint
