Role Overview
As a Technical Project Lead, you will play an integrative role, acting as the single point of contact for the brand team to work with Indegene on any nature of request involving commercial marketing. You will work across brands, onsite teams, and offshore delivery teams. Based on site, you will drive success through structured collaboration, in-person stakeholder engagement, process oversight, market-level prioritization, and cultural enablement across content creation and production, web development, and campaign execution within a high-volume content factory operating model.
As the tactical and technical delivery owner, you will work in close coordination with the Activation Lead from the client to convert approved demand into scoped project plans and drive successful delivery across content and campaign workstreams. This includes directing and coordinating offshore delivery teams on technical handoffs, QA checkpoints, and dependency tracking,
while remaining the on-ground point of contact for client stakeholders — including periodic visits to client offices as needed for alignment, escalations, and governance discussions.
Core Responsibilities
1.Stakeholder & Communication Skills
- Strong client-facing communication skills, including comfort with onsite client visits (as needed) to represent delivery status, risks, and escalations in person.
- Ability to bridge client expectations with offshore team execution realities — translating requirements clearly both ways.
- Excellent English communication (mandatory); local market language proficiency preferred for in-market stakeholder engagement.
- Serve as the dedicated liaison for assigned brands or markets, coordinating across brand leads, channel owners, Activation Leads, and delivery units.
- Enable in-market alignment by facilitating country-level campaign planning and localization discussions.
- Foster strong relationships with brand and marketing stakeholders to align on customer experience objectives, message relevance, and omnichannel strategy.
- Act as a connector between business, creative, technical, and delivery teams to ensure alignment throughout project execution.
2.Brief Management & Intake Management
- Experience validating brief completeness (source files, claims, channel specs) before work enters production — attention to detail and gatekeeping discipline is critical.
- Ability to prioritize intake based on business impact, complexity, and readiness in a fast-paced, content-factory environment.
- Prioritize requests based on business impact, complexity, and readiness.
3. Project & Delivery Management
- Demonstrated ability to act as tactical and technical delivery owner — comfortable being the hands-on point of accountability for delivery, not just a coordinator.
- Experience working in close, structured coordination with an Activation Lead or equivalent strategic counterpart, with clear understanding of where tactical execution ends and strategic planning begins.
- Track record of managing multiple concurrent workstreams (content + campaigns) with competing SLAs and priorities at content-factory scale (high volume, standardized processes).
4. Technical & Platform Skills
- Hands-on expertise with workflow management tools (e.g., Workfront, Jira, Smartsheet) to convert approved demand into scoped project plans and track timelines, risks, and SLAs.
- Working knowledge of campaign automation/content platforms (Veeva, SFMC,
Adobe, or equivalent) sufficient to validate technical feasibility of briefs and troubleshoot delivery issues.
- Familiarity with QA processes and channel-specific specifications (web, email, banners, PDFs, journeys) to ensure completeness before delivery begins.
5. Financial & Operational Reporting
- Maintain production trackers, rate cards, and retainer logs.
- Report on planned versus actual spend, SLAs, and delivery KPIs.
- Contribute to strategic decisions on budget reallocation and resource planning based on volume trends.
- Provide visibility into project status, delivery performance, and operational metrics to stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate Profile, Location & Work Model
- Hybrid from Client's work location — based at Spain; role requires travel/visits to client office(s) as needed for stakeholder alignment, escalations, and in-person governance discussions, while remotely directing and coordinating offshore delivery teams across time zones.
Experience & Domain Expertise
- 8-10+ years in digital marketing operations, content/campaign delivery, or client services, with demonstrated ownership of end-to-end project execution within a content factory or shared-services delivery model.
- 5+ years in pharma/healthcare industry required, given direct handling of claims, source files, and channel specifications prior to delivery.
- Prior experience operating within a high-volume, multi-brand/multi-market content factory setup — comfortable managing standardized SOPs alongside client-specific variations.
- Proven experience managing/coordinating offshore delivery teams (technical handoffs, QA checkpoints, dependency tracking) while based onsite — this is core to the role, not incidental.
- Preferred: candidates with a background in agency or agency-style service delivery setups (e.g., creative/marketing/digital agencies) — accustomed to client servicing rigor, tight turnarounds, and managing delivery within an account/service-model structure.
