In this role you lead the Separation Service and Capital teams across Iberia, driving sales growth and ensuring operational and financial performance. You manage the local legal entity in Spain while steering cross-functional teams and fostering a high-performance culture. You will shape service strategy, build key client relationships, and drive improvements across workshops and operations. This is an international, growth‑oriented position with a clear impact on revenue, efficiency, and customer success.

• Lead the Separation Service team from order intake to EBITA and oversee the Cordoba workshop operations.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand service business across product lines and industries.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets, order intake, and profitability for the region.
• Maintain CRM records, sales forecasts, and monitor market trends and competitors.
• Manage the Capital Sales team for Spain and Portugal; report to Capital Sales Manager West Europe.
• Represent the company locally as General Manager,



leading a multi-disciplinary team (75-80 people).
• Oversee budgets, financial performance, and cost control; ensure compliance with policies and safety requirements.
• Foster employee development, engagement, and retention; drive continuous improvement and collaborative culture.

Responsabilidades
• Proven experience in sales management within industrial/service sectors.
• Ability to lead small teams in a growth-oriented environment.
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and customer focus.
• Experience managing budgets and business operations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly within Spain (required).
• Degree in engineering, business, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in English (business language of Andritz Group).
