Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead the design and delivery of production-grade AI platforms on Azure, enabling large-scale transformations that align business outcomes with practical architectures. You will shape target architectures for AI, assistants, RAG systems, and governance across client organizations. The role combines enterprise architecture, cloud-native engineering, and responsible AI practices to deliver secure, observable, and cost-aware AI solutions embedded in real workflows. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive engineering excellence, governance, and secure adoption of AI at scale.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Define target-state architectures for AI platforms, assistants, RAG systems, agents, AI gateways and AI-native engineering workflows
• Lead architecture discovery, maturity assessments, technical roadmaps, platform decisions and delivery governance
• Design Azure-first architectures using Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Azure API Management, AKS, Azure Functions, Application Insights, Azure Monitor, Key Vault, Entra ID, Cosmos DB, PostgreSQL and Fabric
• Design AI-native engineering systems with GitHub Copilot, GitHub Enterprise, GitHub Advanced Security, agent-ready repos, secure PR practices and AI-assisted delivery patterns
• Create harnesses around AI systems including agent instructions, tool contracts,



retrieval grounding, evaluation suites, telemetry, cost controls, policy controls and human gates
• Define governance and operational frameworks for Responsible AI, security, identity, FinOps and observability
• Translate business outcomes into target architecture and platform decisions for client leadership and delivery teams
• Facilitate workshops, hackathons and enablement sessions focusing on AI adoption and engineering excellence
• Convert practical experience into reusable patterns, accelerators and architectural blueprints
• Mentor architects and engineers and contribute to presales and solution design initiatives

Responsabilidades
• experience designing and delivering enterprise-grade AI platforms on cloud
• strong knowledge of Azure services relevant to AI and data (Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, AKS, Key Vault, Entra ID, Cosmos DB, PostgreSQL)
• experience with GitHub ecosystem for secure software delivery (Copilot, Enterprise, Advanced Security)
• ability to translate business requirements into target architectures and governance models
• strong collaboration with clients, architects, engineers and leadership teams
• experience with security, governance, cost management (FinOps) and observability practices
