PURPOSEWe are seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join our Platform Operations team in Barcelona. This role is focused on operating and optimizing critical production infrastructure within a measurable, performance-driven operations environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESOperate and manage integral production infrastructure ensuring high availability, reliability, and performance of customer-facing services.Troubleshoot complex cross-platform infrastructure issues across compute, storage, virtualization, containers, and cloud environments. Drive operational excellence by continuously improving monitoring, alerting,



and observability practices.Collaborate with DevOps, Engineering, and Security teams to ensure platforms meet non-functional requirements (availability, performance, scalability, and security).Ensure compliance with governance and security standards including ISO 27001-related controls.Data-driven approach to operations, using metrics and KPIs to guide decisions and improvements. Strong experience in implementing, monitoring, and maintaining on-premise enterprise infrastructure.Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).Strong troubleshooting skills across Linux/Windows systems, virtualization, containers (Docker/Kubernetes).Experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).Scripting or programming experience (Python, Bash, or similar).Exposure to AI/automation tooling in operations (monitoring intelligence, predictive analytics, or similar).Unders
