Our client, a rapidly expanding international company, is establishing a new HUB in the vibrant city of Barcelona. They are on the lookout for dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives (German-speaking) to join their team on a temporary , fully remote basis from anywhere in Spain . In this role, you will be the friendly and knowledgeable first point of contact for customers across Europe.

Main Responsibilities
Be the First Point of Contact: Engage with customers via phone (80%), email, and chat, providing prompt and effective support
Deliver Outstanding Service: Ensure a top-notch customer experience with a strong emphasis on quality and satisfaction, specifically for the German market
Manage Customer Interactions: Efficiently register customer data, process orders, coordinate shipments, handle returns, and manage warranty claims using our CRM system

Keep up-to-date with our company’s products to provide accurate and helpful information
