Experteer Overview
In this Estimating Lead role, you drive high-quality, compliant cost and price estimates for proposals and contracts within APX delivery. You will lead estimate integration across technical, schedule, risk, and financial inputs, and ensure smooth turnover to execution. You’ll standardize estimating processes and support continuous improvement within APX Project u0026amp; Portfolio Planning. This position blends cross-functional collaboration with a mission-driven company focused on safe, clean energy solutions. You will work from Madrid in a hybrid capacity to shape project governance and cost strategies.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Own cost and price estimating for projects from feasibility through FEEDs and EPCs
• Lead estimate integration during proposal development, governance, and award
• Review solicitations and align estimating requirements with proposal teams and PMs
• Develop cost models and BOEs for RFPs and task orders




• Coordinate with Project Delivery u0026 Commercial Integration on resources, scope, risk, and schedule inputs
• Implement and maintain standard estimating processes, documentation, and audit readiness
• Support internal estimating expertise and best practices
• Analyze historical cost data to improve estimate accuracy and efficiency

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, construction management, engineering, project management or related discipline
• 5+ years of progressive cost/price estimating experience
• Experience facilitating discussions, building agreement, and delivering results through stakeholder engagement
