Experteer Overview
In this role you will deliver cost management services for large, technically demanding pharmaceutical projects. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to manage pre- and post-contract duties, cost plans, tenders, and final accounts, ensuring accurate cost control. You will present cost data to clients, support change control, and contribute to value engineering efforts on site in Pamplona. This position offers hands-on impact in a leading consultancy with a focus on client outcomes and professional development.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Prepare cost estimates and procurements across the project lifecycle
• Develop and present final cost plans and cost reports
• Tender management and contractor selection, including tender analysis and documentation
• Manage pre/post-contract activities, variations, and final accounts
• Perform cost checks, valuations, and monthly post-contract cost reporting




• Interface with clients and other consultants at all project stages
• Contribute to change control processes and cost risk analysis
• Support value engineering and negotiation of final accounts

Responsabilidades
• Proven track record delivering cost management/quantity surveying across full construction lifecycle
• Fluent in Spanish and business-level English
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Highly motivated, able to work independently, with client-focused mindset
• On-site presence required five days a week in Pamplona
