Huxley is currently looking for a PMO / Project Coordinator to join a global Quality Transformation Program.We are looking for a proactive and delivery-focused professional who can drive actions, challenge stakeholders when needed, and ensure tasks are followed through to completion. This role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and track project activities across multiple workstreams.Follow up on actions, risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure timely resolution.Prepare and maintain project reports, dashboards, and status updates.Organize project governance meetings, document key decisions, and track action items.Support budget tracking, financial reporting, and resource monitoring.Collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, and external partners.Maintain project documentation using Jira, Confluence, and other Atlassian tools.RequirementsPrevious experience as a PMO, Project Coordinator, or Project Manager.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure accountability across teams.Experience tracking and managing project budgets.Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence,
