Experteer Overview
In this role you will enable the global Legal function by driving spend management, outside counsel oversight, and process automation across regions. You will build scalable operations, deliver data-driven insights, and manage legal technology initiatives to improve efficiency. You will collaborate with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to standardize processes while accommodating local needs. This position offers a chance to shape how a global legal team operates at scale and supports growth.

• Oversee global legal spend, budgets, forecasts, and variances with finance
• Own the legal invoice intake, approval, and processing workflow
• Develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs on spend, matter cost, and firm performance
• Manage relationships with external law firms, including panel management and fee arrangements
• Create and maintain a centralized database for litigation and claims; monitor status, milestones, risks, and costs
• Coordinate reporting and documentation with internal and external counsel; support e-discovery and related workflows




• Design and maintain dashboards and operational reports to support data-driven decisions
• Lead global legal operations projects; standardize processes and drive change management
• Own and develop the Legal SharePoint environment and related policies, templates, and knowledge materials
• Lead initiatives to automate legal documents and workflows; implement intake and approval flows; build internal tools

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in operations, procurement, or a comparable corporate role
• Experience with legal spend management, invoicing, budgeting, and reporting
• Experience managing indirect procurement vendors
• Fluency in English
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, SharePoint, Forms, PowerPoint) and willingness to learn new technologies
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global environment
