Experteer Overview
In this role, you’ll design and drive analytics solutions to evaluate marketing performance and optimize campaigns. You will build data pipelines and interactive tools that empower partner teams, shaping the technical direction of our analytics efforts. You’ll work with cross-functional partners to identify growth opportunities and translate insights into action. You’ll explore AI-driven automations to streamline investigations and improve decision-making. This position offers a chance to impact how marketing resources are spent at Zynga.

Responsabilidades
• Predictive modeling, statistics, experimental design, optimization, data visualization
• Understanding of marketing metrics and KPIs, including campaign optimization, LTV modeling, and incrementality analysis
• Proficiency in SQL and Python; hands-on experience with Redshift, Databricks, PySpark, and Airflow
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability; translate ambiguous questions into data-driven insights
• Strong communication skills to explain complex data in simple terms
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts; automating recurring analytics workflows is a plus
• Team player with proven experience in data analytics or data science
• BS in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Economics, or other quantitative field; Masters/MBA/PhD preferred
