Experteer Overview
In this role you will design and scale production-grade AI platforms on Microsoft Azure, shaping enterprise AI transformation programs. You will work at the intersection of enterprise architecture, cloud-native engineering, and responsible AI, ensuring secure, governed implementations. You lead target-state architectures for AI platforms and AI-native workflows, collaborating with client teams to translate business goals into concrete platform decisions. You will drive engineering excellence through Copilot integration, governance, observability, and FinOps at scale. This is an opportunity to influence large-scale adoption and delivery of AI-enabled systems across complex environments.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead target-state architectures for AI platforms, assistants, RAG systems, agents, AI gateways and AI-native engineering workflows
• Drive architecture discovery, maturity assessments, technical roadmaps, platform decisions and delivery governance




• Design Azure-first architectures leveraging Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, API Management, AKS, Functions, Application Insights, Monitor, Key Vault, Entra ID, Cosmos DB, PostgreSQL, Fabric
• Develop AI-native engineering systems using GitHub Copilot, GitHub Enterprise, GitHub Advanced Security and secure PR practices
• Create governance and operational frameworks for Responsible AI, security, identity, FinOps, observability
• Translate business outcomes into architecture, executive narratives and governance across stakeholders
• Facilitate workshops and enablement sessions on AI adoption, Copilot integration and engineering excellence
• Mentor architects and engineers, contribute to presales and solution design initiatives
