Experteer Overview
In this Lead Experience Designer role, you will shape end-to-end customer and service experiences for healthcare and life sciences clients. You will translate business challenges into human-centered solutions that drive measurable outcomes, collaborating with cross-functional teams across Designit and client contexts. You’ll guide project delivery, contribute to opportunities beyond the current scope, and help embed design excellence in transformation programmes. This is a chance to influence client outcomes while strengthening Designit's practice in a multidisciplinary, European setting.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead end-to-end design of customer journeys, service blueprints, and experience frameworks across digital and physical touchpoints
• Translate business problems into experience-led solutions connecting user needs with commercial objectives and technology feasibility
• Own project deliverables including direction, outcomes, quality, and timely delivery
• Collaborate with product, technology, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless concept-to-implementation
• Identify and shape new opportunities within engagements,



contributing to proposals and potential upsell
• Understand client context and user needs to frame engagements and spot opportunities beyond current scope
• Contribute to Designit's design community by sharing insights, proposals, and case studies
• Lead design work with a systems-thinking mindset in ambiguous environments

Responsabilidades
• Deep expertise in experience design, UX/UI design, or interaction design
• Experience designing craft across research synthesis, journey mapping, service design, and interaction design
• Ability to connect customer experience to business value with outcomes and KPIs
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, able to influence senior audiences
• Proven ability to lead projects independently and drive progress in complex settings
• Commercial and strategic acumen to link design with ROI and transformation
• Leadership capability to coordinate cross-functional delivery between design, engineering, and stakeholders
• Desirable but not required: Motion and 3D skills
