In this role you will harness data to enhance safety and operational performance for a leading European airline. You will analyze crew scheduling, fatigue, and operational data to identify risks and inform decisions with cross-functional teams. You’ll build dashboards and insights that support aviation safety audits, regulatory compliance, and fatigue risk management. • Analyse crew scheduling and operational data to assess fatigue-related risks
• Review fatigue reports to identify root causes and trends
• Collaborate with Crew Planning and Operations to improve scheduling practices
• Develop reports, dashboards, and actionable insights for management
• Monitor safety and fatigue indicators and propose mitigation strategies




• Support aviation safety audits and regulatory compliance requirements
• Deliver awareness and training on fatigue risk management
• Participate in innovative projects involving biometric and operational performance data

Responsabilidades
• Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Data Analytics, Aviation Management or a related discipline
• Minimum 4 years of experience in analytical, operational, safety, risk management or data-focused roles
• Experience with large datasets and translating data into business recommendations
• Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau and/or Python
• Aviation experience is a plus but not required
