Experteer Overview
In this role you drive the sale and technical deployment of Victaulic HVAC solutions in Iberia. You will work with distributors, owners, and engineering consultants to promote the Victaulic System, train partners, and oversee field installations. You’ll translate technical benefits into specifications and ensure the region achieves sales targets. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that combines technical expertise with field sales to shape HVAC projects at scale.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Promote the Victaulic System for binding applications and HVAC solutions
• Ensure regional knowledge through seminars, training, literature, and technical support
• Pursue and obtain acceptance and specification by Owners and Engineering Consulting firms
• Field demonstrate proper installation of the Victaulic system
• Visit job sites, follow up on installation by contractors, and train contractor personnel if required
• Coordinate with other sales colleagues in the territory
• Liaise with local Victaulic distributor and maintain information flow




• Report weekly to Sales Director on activities and marketing information and achieve budgeted sales

Responsabilidades
• Residence in the Madrid region
• University/College degree, preferably mechanical engineering
• Sales and technical knowledge with 3–5 years of experience
• Familiarity with the mechanical application business or ability to acquire knowledge quickly
• Commercial mindset with a customer-oriented approach
• Strong teamwork, communication skills, and professional appearance
• Result-driven and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Willingness to travel across the Iberian territory
• Fluency in English
