As Strategy u0026amp; Operations Manager for Seller Growth in Spain, you will design and run onboarding, listing, content, and ads initiatives to acquire and incubate merchants on TikTok Shop. You own end-to-end growth strategy for the Spanish market, translating data insights into scalable programs. You’ll work with cross-functional partners to optimize processes, track impact, and drive seller success in a fast-moving environment.
This role offers hands-on impact on growth, data-driven decisions, and cross-team collaboration.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Design and execute seller acquisition and incubation strategies for the Spanish market
- Build growth playbooks across seller segments and run missions and outreach campaigns
- Monitor growth metrics, analyze ROI and attribution, and steer growth direction
- Identify growth opportunities through data analysis and translate into concrete plans
- Turn ambiguous problems into efficient processes and workflows
- Lead project and stakeholder meetings and keep programs on track
Responsabilidades
- Bachelor's degree or above xugodme
- 2+ years in consulting, data analysis, user growth, or project management
- Experience in at least one fast-paced startup or high-growth company
- Fluent in Chinese and English
- Hands-on with SQL and a data visualization tool (Tableau / Power BI)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent communication
