As Product Owner for cloud software, you will translate customer needs into actionable features within SAFe, guiding cross-functional teams to deliver value. You’ll bridge business and development, shaping the product roadmap and ensuring alignment with regulatory and data privacy requirements. This role sits in Integral Ru0026amp;D, collaborating with multiple stakeholders to build end-to-end solutions for chronic diseases. You drive delivery, influence strategy, and help thousands of patients by improving healthcare products.

• Gather functional requirements and conceptualize features meeting customer needs, including non-functional aspects
• Lead product definition with Scrum Master and multi-disciplinary teams, incorporating inputs from medical, data security, and legal areas
• Own and facilitate feature and user story refinement and planning within SAFe
• Manage product backlog prioritization and ensure visibility and clarity for all stakeholders

Responsabilidades
• BSc and MSc in IT (Engineering), Computer Science or related
• 10+ years in the product development lifecycle
• 5+ years in product management, roadmap strategy, and backlog management for large products
• 2+ years in healthcare sector and managing medical device products
• Deep understanding of technologies, frameworks, and vendors for product development
• Technical background to interact with development teams and make informed trade-offs
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders to gather requirements and translate to features
• Clear and effective communication about software features to teams and customers
• Experience with cloud-based, mobile, or embedded software
• Experience delivering products across full lifecycle, including design transfers to support and launch
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and scaled frameworks (SAFe, Spotify); SAFe certification a plus
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Miro, G-suite
• Ability to work in a large, multi-location team and coordinate with third parties
• Strategic and analytical thinking, creative problem solving, proactive attitude
