As a Junior Sales Consultant in EF- English Live's European Sales Team in Barcelona, you drive revenue by promoting our Online English courses to new and existing customers. You own regional direct sales, hitting KPI targets while delivering strong customer service and efficient lead handling. You collaborate with a multinational team to grow student enrollment in a fast-growing online school. This role offers a clear path for international progression and meaningful impact on our mission to make English training accessible.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential customers (no cold calls)
• Upgrade and renew existing customers
• Qualify leads and convert them into business opportunities
• Own direct sales in the region and achieve KPIs and targets




• Deliver excellent customer service and promptly respond to inquiries
• Maintain databases and records accurately

Responsabilidades
• 1–2 years of sales experience
• Based in Barcelona
• Advanced/native level of Spanish
• Minimum English speaking level B2
• Sales-oriented and target-driven attitude
• Effective and concise communication with customers
• Cultural awareness and ability to work in a team
