Experteer Overview
In this role you lead a global data transformation program within Global Revenue Operations, delivering a unified data foundation for precise performance measurement and modern sales execution. You mentor product owners and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align data strategy with GTM processes. You drive scalable, AI-ready data capabilities while ensuring governance and compliance. This position offers impact across HP’s sales ecosystem and data-driven decision making.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Own the vision, roadmap and delivery of strategic GTM data transformation programs (e.g., Transactional Net and GTM360 account-level margin)
• Advance the foundational GTM data strategy across core data domains for sales management and seller activities
• Lead and develop a team of product owners to define business value, requirements and execution
• Coordinate requirements, testing,



approvals and deployment across Finance, Sales Compensation and Enterprise Operations
• Establish governance, milestones, decision forums and risk mitigation for general programs
• Introduce scalable, AI-ready data capabilities to improve accuracy, transparency and speed
• Ensure solutions comply with company policies, data governance standards and regulations

Responsabilidades
• 10+ years of relevant experience in leading complex global data or transformation programs
• Proven experience leading product owners or multidisciplinary teams through requirements, testing and deployment
• Deep understanding of enterprise data ecosystems and end-to-end sales processes
• Fluency in English (written and verbal)
