Experteer Overview
In this role you will help safeguard Amazon Europe’s network configuration and drive improvements that enhance reliability and customer experience. You will collaborate with Transportation, Product, and SDE teams to design better processes, mitigate network issues, and implement long-term actions. You’ll lead on-call support and document quality practices to build a robust knowledge base. The position combines tactical execution with strategic program leadership in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Own Amazon network configuration quality and standards.
• Collaborate with Transportation teams, Product Managers and SDEs to design and improve processes enhancing purchase experiences.
• Mitigate network issues with short-term fixes and long-term action plans.




• Scope and document system improvements for customer experience.
• Coordinate with tech teams to drive system and process enhancements.
• Interact with operations stakeholders to improve customer experience.
• Document quality engineering processes, workflows, and best practices for knowledge sharing.
• Diagnose operational issues, perform root cause analysis, and propose enhancements.
• Participate in on-call rotation, providing support outside business hours in a rotating schedule.

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
