Experteer Overview
In this role you lead a travel consultant team to meet performance targets within BCD Travel’s global operations. You collaborate with data to enhance team effectiveness, design learning to close competency gaps, and stay current on regulatory and fare information. You act as the primary team contact and coach the group to deliver high-quality service while aligning with the company’s sustainability and client-focused mission.

• Lead and coach a team of travel consultants to achieve targets
• Manage KPIs and workload, providing guidance and assistance as needed
• Act as primary point of contact for team members and support their development
• Use performance data to maximize team effectiveness and identify improvement areas
• Develop learning programs to close short- and long-term competency gaps
• Provide clients with industry information (low fares, exchange costs, penalties)




• Maintain knowledge of regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas)
• Monitor GDS queues daily to ensure quality control

• Extensive experience in the corporate travel management industry
• Supervising experience
• Advanced skills with GDS Sabre
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
