Premium Inboxes is a done-for-you cold email infrastructure company. We provision, authenticate, warm, monitor and maintain sending infrastructure (Google Workspace and Microsoft 365) for over 2,500 customers, processing $5M+ annually. We got here on word of mouth and referrals alone.
Zero outbound. That is the opportunity: a company already growing, with an entire acquisition channel still at zero, and a working TAM of ~30,000 lead generation agencies we know how to serve better than anyone. You will be the person who builds that channel from nothing.

The Role You own our entire outbound engine, end to end. Not a piece of it. All of it. List building: sourcing, scraping and segmenting our target market (lead gen agencies running cold email for clients) Enrichment: wiring up waterfall enrichment across data providers, verifying, cleaning, structuring Copy and sequencing: writing the sequences, testing angles, iterating on reply data Infrastructure: running the sending systems (we are the infrastructure company, you will have the best in the world at your disposal) Reporting: daily granular reporting on sends, replies, positive replies and booked calls.

You report on what comes back and you own the numbers You are not executing someone elses playbook. There is no playbook. You are building the motion, and the results are directly attributable to you. Requirements 6+ months hands-on outbound experience (agency or in-house)



You understand sequencing, deliverability and waterfall data enrichment in practice, not just in theory Strong copywriting instincts and a working understanding of sales and marketing fundamentals You can build with Claude Code (agents, scripts, automations, internal tooling) Fluent written English Comfortable working async with a distributed team, with overlap to UK/EU hours Nice to Have Experience selling to or working inside a lead generation agency Clay, Smartlead, Instantly or equivalent stack experience A track record you can show: campaigns, reply rates, pipeline generated What You Get Fully remote, work from anywhere Full operating autonomy.
