Experteer Overview

In this role you will design intuitive SaaS experiences for independent vacation rental hosts, partnering with Product, Engineering, and Research to own the end-to-end design process. You will translate complex needs into smooth wireframes, flows, and polished interfaces while validating solutions through user testing and analytics.

You’ll contribute to a scalable Design System and ensure features align with technical feasibility and business goals. You’ll also explore AI-powered approaches to streamline research and design workflows, shaping a more engaging host experience.

Responsabilidades

- 3+ years of experience designing SaaS products from discovery to delivery
- Ability to translate complex problems into simple, elegant interfaces
- Strong expertise in interaction design, user flows, and high-fidelity Figma prototypes
- Experience contributing to Design Systems for platform-wide consistency
- Hands-on experience with qualitative research, product analytics, and experimentation
- Excellent collaboration with Product Managers and Engineers
- Curiosity and experience using AI-powered design tools
