As Program Lead, you will drive the end-to-end introduction of a new CRM solution and IT service. You’ll own the build-vs-buy decision, vendor evaluation, integration planning, and rollout governance. The CRM will serve as the Global AM revenue platform, covering reporting, forecasting, planning, and contract/demand management.

You collaborate with enterprise architecture, manage budgets and resources, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with compliance. This role offers strategic impact across business and IT, shaping a key transformation project.

- Lead the build-vs-buy decision and vendor evaluation based on capability, cost, and integration effort
- Act as Product Owner, translating General AM needs into development/vendor requirements and prioritizing.
- Define the integration approach with existing IT services landscape and architecture implications
- Ensure seamless integration with the contract management tool for a critical linkage
- Prepare detailed rollout plans including time, cost, and resources; establish governance gates and secure approvals
- Coordinate all rollout activities and align stakeholders across business and IT




- Maintain on-time, on-budget delivery with security, governance, and change-management compliance, escalating risks as needed

Responsabilidades

- Proven track record leading end-to-end IT application/service introduction programs, ideally CRM or enterprise platforms
- Strong understanding of IT service management, integration architecture, and enterprise app landscapes
- Experience with contract management systems or heavy master data integrations is a plus
- Experience preparing business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and budget/resource plans
- Strong stakeholder management and communication across business and technical audiences
- Experience navigating governance, security, and compliance in regulated environments (insurance/financial services advantageous)
- Fluent English; Spanish and/or German a plus
- Familiarity with AI technologies and GenAI platforms is advantageous
