As a People Operations Partner for ABB Robotics, you will own the employee lifecycle for the DACH region, ensuring precise data handling and a seamless experience from hire to retirement.

You will harmonize processes across legacy ABB and Soft

Bank teams as ABB Robotics becomes a standalone entity, enabling a unified “One Robotics” experience via Workday.

You’ll manage onboarding, changes, and offboarding while safeguarding compliance and data accuracy.

This role sits at the intersection of HR delivery, payroll impact, and benefits, offering meaningful impact during a major organizational transition.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Lead administrative execution of key employee events (onboarding, contract generation, background checks, Day 1 readiness)
• Manage employee changes (promotions, lateral moves, data corrections in Workday)
• Execute offboarding (resignations, terminations, final documentation)
• Act as Workday SME for regional processes ensuring data accuracy for payroll and reporting




• Partner on benefits administration with brokers and providers for regional programs
• Support Total Rewards during annual cycles with data audits and communications
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal audit standards
• Support process harmonization for the standalone organization (re-wiring legacy processes)

Responsabilidades
• 5–8 years in HR Operations or Shared Services with multi-country exposure (DACH a plus)
• Advanced Workday HCM experience; proficient in BP flows and reporting
• Strong understanding of employee lifecycle and impact on payroll and benefits
• Experience with mergers, acquisitions, transitions, or carve-outs a significant advantage
• Ability to explain complex HR policies or systems clearly to employees and managers
• English and German language proficiency
