Experteer Overview
In this role you ensure stable operation of cruise tech systems across Marella Cruises.

You act as the technical expert for MXP, supporting onboard and shoreside teams to maintain data integrity and smooth guest experiences.

You collaborate with stakeholders to implement enhancements and document processes, building a robust knowledge base.

You work closely with IT and suppliers to manage incidents and optimize system usage.

This is a challenging, cross-functional role in a dynamic hospitality technology environment.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Manage and administer the MXP property management system across the fleet to ensure stability and reliability.
• Serve as the primary point of contact and SME for cruise applications for onboard and shore teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues to minimize disruption and protect data integrity.
• Gather requirements, test features, and implement system enhancements with business stakeholders and Delivery Managers.




• Create documentation including manuals and operating procedures; collaborate with onboard IT Officers to build a knowledge base.
• Monitor system performance, conduct routine audits, and coordinate incidents, updates, and integrations with internal and external teams.

Responsabilidades
• Experience with systems support and maintenance in a relevant industry
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and customer-centric mindset
• Understanding of system processes and context, ideally in cruise or hotel operations
• Incident management, problem resolution, and root cause analysis skills
• Effective communication of technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
