As part of our continuous improvement and digital transformation journey, we are looking for a PM Excellence Finance CTBU (m/f/d) to join our team, performing the following tasks:

MISSION:

Drive the integration of Artificial Intelligence initiatives within Finance and Business Operations
Identify opportunities to optimize and automate business processes through AI-driven solutions
Support the translation of business needs into practical AI use cases and implementation plans
Evaluate business value, feasibility, and return on investment (ROI) of AI-related initiatives
Promote AI adoption and contribute to the digital transformation strategy across departments

TASKS:

Identify business processes and workflows suitable for AI-driven optimization and automation
Translate business requirements into AI use cases and implementation roadmaps
Assess the potential impact, ROI, and feasibility of AI initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of AI solutions.
Promote AI awareness, adoption,



and digital transformation initiatives across the organization
Support continuous improvement projects focused on process efficiency and innovation
Prepare reports, presentations, and analyses for stakeholders and management

YOUR PROFILE:

Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field

For foreign qualifications, recognition as the corresponding Spanish degree equivalency is required

Knowledge of SAP is required
English level C1 or higher
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Interest in Artificial Intelligence, digital transformation, and process optimization
Ability to work collaboratively with different departments and stakeholders
Availability to travel when required
