- Senior-level judgment: you know which risks are worth taking, and which aren't
- Conceptual depth: the ability to connect motion, brand and interaction into one coherent experience
- Fluency with AI and generative tools for image, motion and audio generation
- Expert in motion & editing tools: it's not about which tools you prefer, but how well you use them. Think After Effects for motion, Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve to finish a project end to end, Cinema 4D/Blender for 3D, but if you achieve the same results in a different way, that works too
- A solid foundation in composition and photography: you understand what makes an image work before you animate it
- Sharp judgement, connecting every visual decision to the idea behind the piece
- Experience developing ideas with copywriters and other creative profiles, not just receiving briefs
- Real ownership: you manage projects, meet deadlines and answer for your work end to end
- Flexibility to move across projects,
