An organization dedicated to supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities in Manacor, Mallorca, is looking for a dedicated Vocational Training Teacher to lead the Grade C course in Auxiliary Activities for Nurseries, Gardens, and Garden Centres (AGAO0108). In this full-time role based in the vibrant town of Manacor, you will guide students through practical and theoretical knowledge, helping them develop valuable skills for the local green sector on the island of Mallorca.

Responsibilities

- Teaching the official Grade C vocational training module AGAO0108 focused on auxiliary activities in nurseries, gardens, and garden centers.
- Preparing lesson plans, practical exercises, and instructional materials tailored to the educational needs of your students.
- Evaluating student progress and providing constructive feedback to foster their personal and professional growth.
- Managing classroom dynamics and workshop activities safely and effectively in accordance with professional training standards.
- Supporting students in gaining essential practical skills for employment in horticulture and plant nursery management across Mallorca.

Requirements
- Intermediate vocational qualification (Cicle Formatiu de Grau Mitjà) in a relevant field.




- Official Teaching Certificate for Vocational Training (Certificat Professional d’habilitació per a la docència in Grades A, B, and C or equivalent as established by Royal Decree 659/2023).
- Catalan language proficiency at level B2.
- Valid B category driving license.
- Previous professional experience is not required (0 months required), though enthusiasm for teaching and practical plant care is essential.
- Note: In the event of a shortage of qualified candidates, experienced industry professionals without a formal teaching degree may be considered under Article 170 of Royal Decree 659/2023.

What this position offers
- A permanent full-time employment contract starting on October 1, 2026.
