Talent-R, a fast-growing insurtech, seeks the first sales hire for their Madrid team to own end-to-end deals and help shape Spain’s sales playbook, pitch, and process from day one.
This role is 99% inbound with a 1-5 day sales cycle, using HubSpot and Aircall. You will partner with Marketing, Product and Support to scale a high-velocity, data-driven sales engine across freelancers and small businesses. Competitive OTE with equity in BSPCE.
