Next Job Abroad is seeking a Finnish-speaking International Freelance Recruiter to join its remote team from anywhere. You will build a candidate pipeline, source Finnish-speaking and English-speaking talent for roles abroad, and manage the interview process end-to-end.
The role is remote with onboarding paid during the first three months, followed by uncapped commission based on performance. Expect ~30-40 hours per week and adaptable scheduling to support an international client base.
