Job Description
You will join our Data & AI team and play a key role in developing and deploying advanced AI solutions to enhance our platform and deliver value to our clients and business.

Your LittleBig Responsibilities
- Develop NLP and semantic search models on unstructured HR data (CVs, job descriptions, client requests), making it searchable and rankable at scale.
- Design the LLM components that structure and enrich data, under real cost and latency constraints.
- Define how we measure match quality, and improve it continuously with business feedback.
- Utilize Azure Databricks to train, deploy, and monitor AI models, ensuring efficient data preparation and processing.
- Develop and maintain Python APIs (FastAPI) to integrate AI models into scalable microservices.
- Ensure APIs are robust, secure, and optimized for high performance.
- Collaborate with data engineers to structure and clean data effectively, and to ensure seamless integration of AI models into data pipelines and workflows.
- Work within the squad to develop new AI functionalities for clients and the business.




- Communicate findings, results and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experiment with new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to enhance workflows and performance.

Your profile
- Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in data science, with hands-on experience on search, retrieval or recommendation systems in production.
- Experience with embeddings and vector databases in production.
- Practical experience shipping LLM-based features (RAG, structured outputs, evaluation, cost control).
- Proficiency in Python for data science with experience on libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, PyTorch, Scikit-learn and transformers.
- Experience in developing APIs using FastAPI.
- Experience with cloud-based platforms, ideally Azure (Databricks), for data pipeline development and model training and
