Drive the next stage of one of Europe’s most visible real estate media platforms.

We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Social Media Manager to directly execute, elevate the quality, and grow our social media presence, with a primary focus on Drumelia’s flagship Instagram account, alongside our broader digital platforms.

You’ll own our social media execution end-to-end, directly crafting and managing content for Spain’s most-followed real estate Instagram account, with more than 200,000 followers. This is an active creator role: someone who plans, shoots, edits, posts, and engages with their own hands every single day; balancing high-end luxury taste with content designed to generate real sales opportunities and participating in strategy.

You’ll also be doing it from Marbella, an increasingly international destination for entrepreneurial and creative talent.

This is not a role for someone who wants to delegate or simply maintain what already exists.

We have ambitious strategic plans for Drumelia and want this person to leave a direct, visible mark on what we do:



to challenge our current approach, spot fast-moving social tendencies, introduce new thinking, and elevate our daily content execution.
