Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Customer Relationship Management Executive remote role. The CRM Executive will manage and optimize customer journeys, focusing on retention, loyalty, and lifetime value across key Klaviyo accounts.

Responsibilities include:

1.



Creating briefs and copy for the designer
2. Technical QA
3. Scheduling and staying on track with all content
4. Content calendar creation
5. Troubleshooting
6. Internal and external calls
7. Fully own the production up to 7 clients
8. Email, SMS and external app support

This is what we are looking for:

Adecuado experience:

1. 2+ years working with Klaviyo
2. Technical experience in CRM apps
3. Experience working with other CRM apps (loyalty, subscription)
4. Team player
5. Willingness to learn and develop
6. Soft skills
7. Willingness to integrate and contribute to team culture
